According to the dictionary, influence is the capacity to have an effect on a character, development, or behavior of someone or something, or the effect itself. Influence, to make it clear, modifies its target just how it wishes to. And we think that's exactly the way most people define and understand it. Influence operates also when people begin to like and appreciate you. So we imagine how are you like when we ask that question. Maybe you think you have it, or you know you have it for sure, or you know you don't have it. But let's say you don't have it. What happens then is that you'll want to gain it. Then!, how do you think you could gain influence?

          The way you think you could gain influence is exactly the way you define it. So first of all,

          Well. Did you read the definition of influence? It's like you get power over someone, or some group of people. No wonder you'd like to have influence on the others, so that you draw on advantages from your neighbor. Most people think that, to have great influence, they must get above all a tremendous amount of money, own several properties, have an infinity of contacts, friends. In fact, that's just a little portion of what "influence" is. Money is crucially important for most of us, but the world is not only based on that. Though by money, we could influence many people. That's the reason why there are many employers; in addition, money is one of the authors that caused prostitution, fraud, crime, and many other bad things. But in spite of the remarkable influence money has on us, we would not recommend you to exercise your influence through it. Cause it's just a paper, something you give so that you get something else in return. But imagine you loose that paper. Where would your influence be? Now you're alright with us it's not interesting to loose influence. You'd like it to be consistent, and always with you. But when it's conditioned by just a paper, it can't be a great influence, cause it gets away and gets back now and then. Or again, someone might just not want to be with you because of your temper or something like that, even when you got a lot of money. So do you, naturally, have great influence? And how do you protect it?
          Let's do the test. To begin with, influence must start within yourself. You're the container and influence is just the content inside of you. So the work has to be done particularly inside of you. Let's start by asking you, how do you feel inside? Do you feel good most of the time? Or bad? If you feel good, that's great. If not, you're still away from influence. How do you view yourself? How do you feel you are? Do you have high or low self-esteem? Self esteem is the confidence in one's own worth or ability, self respect. In other words, it is essentially a matter of how you evaluate yourself. Basically, people with high self-esteem believe more in their opinion and plans. So how do you evaluate yourself? Do you often say that you can't? If it's the case, it proves you don't believe in yourself, your opinion, and your plans. This way, you can't have great influence on the others.

          There are techniques and rules to respect if you wish to have great influence.

Now, let's start by focusing on the questions we just asked you. The two following points are one of the techniques and the rules to respect.

1. It's good to be most often in a good mood. That's quiet obvious. The better you feel, the more people are attracted to you.

2. View yourself as great. Keep a very positive view on yourself, not as to overestimate your potential at something or everything. But you should try to stop saying you can't or you're not that good. So in this case, what you need is high self-esteem.

          If your biggest wish is to be influential, maybe for some good reason, as we said it earlier, you'll have to work more inside of yourself than outside. The first thing that would be very important to do is meditate on your person, your passions, and your career. It's urgent to look at yourself and admit you have defects. Therefore, you will need to operate some change. Then you have to know exactly what you like, what you're really fond of. You will sound better when you do what you like. And as for your career, build a plan. Don't pursue your career aimlessly. People will appreciate that you're pretty sure of what you do, that you have a specific goal, and that you follow some guideline. They might want to be as straight as you are.
          To reinforce the certainty, the passion, and the principles you have in your career path, convince yourself of your occupation, then you will be able to convince the others. When you convince yourself, your activities become so important that the others will be interested. Create a good atmosphere around you. If you wish that people feel great of you, you'll need to feel great about yourself.
          The reason why you'll greatly influence your social group is quite understandable. When you begin to like yourself, believe in yourself, in what you do, when you start the work in yourself, you create around you an energy that will automatically attract people to you.



          We think that a great influence can't be based on money. It's stronger and better when they like you naturally, for who you are and not for what you've got. And you never know, people may be likely to help you out, from the smallest to the biggest thing when they just love, adore and appreciate you. Maybe they will want to do what you do, talk about you more, recommend you, etc... This way, money, beauty, social and economic rank will have nothing to see about that.
