Power of thought to get self-comforting

We dare to say that self comforting is something everyone would be happy to gain. We all want to feel better about ourselves, and that makes somehow our basic satisfaction, cause once we feel this way, the other things we might need may no longer remain that urgent (not because we no longer want them). You may wonder how one can get self-comforting out of these wonderful and important things we strongly desire. The key thing is that self-comforting grows inside of us. Not outside. So first of all we want to know what does self-comforting mean and how to get it. And why can that make our basic satisfaction in spite of all the great things we dream and don't have yet, our biggest wishes? And more importantly, which powerful thought can create that comfortable space of mind?           To begin with, self-comforting is the ability to calm down when facing difficult and turbulent situations. It is also synonym of self control, or more precisely mental self-control.

Hello everyone. Now this topic is a little bit linked to " How to control anger ". But we'd like to dig a bit deeper to the key point of the matter, which is self-control. Any young man or girl have gone through their trials. And they can already understand where we want to get when mentioning the word " self-control ".  We dare to say that the teenage life is somehow the most difficult era. And even if you're not a teenager, it might be the same if you're a young adult. Misunderstanding, lack of attention, bad temper, etc... All these issues create distortion and quarrels between parents and youngsters. So in this article, we'd like to propose a solution to that. A solution to the question of " how to stop quarreling with them ".
