How to control anger

Welcome back to the topic of anger. According to plan, we will respond to the question of anger. Last time we presented the consequences. How it affects young people on various point of view. Here we want to share with you five tips that might help you control anger.

1. Don't speak

It's a major way to control anger. Keeping silence might prevent you from mentioning bad words. The fact is that we like defending ourselves, and for us, the best way to do that is by raising our voice. And by raising our voice we are taken away by anger and we speak badly. So the best is to keep silence. Yes it's not easy but just do it.

2. Take a deep breath

You kept silence, it's ok. Now try to take a deep breath. It will help you control your emotions and calm down; lower your blood pressure, and then regularize your heart beating. That way, you'll get self-control.

3. Express your anger

Once you get self-control, it's the best moment to express yourself. Tell your partner how bad you feel about what happened and what they did to you, in a very proper way. Don't address directly to them but make use of a general speech. So instead saying "you" say "I" or "they". Be humble in your speech. That's the best way to express your anger.

4. Find an occupation

The point about finding an occupation is not starting something when angry. But your occupation can be your consoler and your friend. It's just a way to free your mind, reduce stress, and control depression. It doesn't really guarantee you happiness inside of you, but at least it blocks negative reactions.

5. Be comprehensive

Try to understand your partner even when you know they're wrong. Imagine if you were them. Even if you're wrong you wouldn't like them to bear a grudge against you. But you'd rather like them to forgive you. Put yourself in the place of your partner.

These five techniques you just read take a lot of courage to practice. But if you really try, it might go right. Thanks for reading.
