I'm too stressed out : What do I do?
Hi my friends! What have you been up
to? How was your night? Your yesterday? Were you stressed out?
If yes, then you need to solve it.
And you maybe the problem yourself. So in this article, we'd like to highlight
the fact of being stressed out, and also, we wish to uncover a bit the reasons,
then propose the solution.
The reasons we are stressed out, worried, are very various. Because life has
tremendous details in its storage that can make you feel that way. But let's
list some major facts that bring stress with them. Overall it's our daily life;
but in our daily life, we have three crucial parts which are the followings :
economic, social, and personal.
Economy
Economy is, and was always very important because anything
you must get depends on money, so we all live on money. For whatever you need
money in this society. Water, Food, clothing, etc... So we can quickly
understand why we get worried when going through economic issues. Because we
don't wanna lack water, food, clothing and stuffs like that. Moreover, money
does not only focuses on basic needs; but also brings more than we wish.
Luxury, power, and strong influence. Having extra income in hand it's like we
have the whole world in hand. And not only parents are worried, (which is
obviously normal) but even young people, even living with their parents, get worried.
So you maybe wondering how could money imply young people? If youngsters don't
have to cover bills, finance their school year, buy some food, they still think
about money for themselves. Why? Because they want a changing life for
themselves. In general, we don't look to what we already get, but to what we
don't have yet. Certainly, parents will think about the basics. Which is really
normal. Kind of, pay the school, buy some food, and some clothing. But teens
and young adults go beyond that. They look to a regular allowance, so they can
always satisfy their partial desire. It's ok. My father financed my school
year, and I'm debt free. Yes he bought me some food, including clothing. And
before the entrance at school, he bought me a pair of sneaker. But I want more
clothes. Because I always put on the same thing every week. And at school, I
wanna taste a specific food or something for dessert. In addition, I don't
wanna walk with the same sneaker everyday. Those are teens' worries when living
with their parents. And it could be the same for parents. While they are doing
everything for their children, they also desire to do something for themselves.
But the care they have for their children don't allow them that. So, to go
straight to point, our real problem is fear. What are we afraid of?
We're afraid of poverty, lack of money. Cause for us,
money does everything. We want to do the things that everyone does. We want to
keep the usual pattern of the world. And especially, we want to gain respect and
power. And for most of us, we find these things in money. (Though we can find
it in talent, career, achievement etc...) That's
the way money becomes crucial.
Social factor
It's almost
the same thing with economy when it comes to society. We wish to conform our
social life to the actual trend. The today society trend put various
obligations in front of us. School,
university, career, our contact circle, etc...
And not only
we feel committed to those things, but they also constitute our social status. We
really don't want to be different among the others. As I mentioned earlier, we
want to gain respect and power. And as we search for these things, we'll
look to the specific school, university, career, and contact circle and on and
on. What's weird is that, we need them, and are all set to go into them,
whether we're young or adult.
There's
something we should underline about young people. Some are committed to their
school, university and career, but others to their friends. Going to school
could be in some way, an opportunity to meet their friends and have very
interesting conversations. So as we want to keep our contact circle, we then
want to keep meeting our friends. That's the point.
Private life
As for personal life,
anyone can understand that. Set apart economy and society, we also have a
personal life to take care. It's about your friends, your family, your husband,
your wife, your boyfriend, your girlfriend. When we're having trouble with
those parts, we're automatically getting worried and stressed out. Adults
generally get divorced, and young people break up. Some young people, though
they are not dating with anyone, they might also be troubled, because they miss
something they strongly desire. In this case, they get frustrated too. And yet,
there are various personal issues we should mention.
So, most of the time, we
don't know how to handle our situation. What
should we do then?
Honestly, stress is not
easy to throw away unless we solved the problem. But we can somehow relieve our
frustration with something we really like, though some frustration looks
impossible to relieve. But apart of it, we can go into some entertainment
such as : music, dance, sport, cinema, camping, etc... Even your job and your
career may be a great entertainment. The point is that we become more stressed
out when we do nothing. Which is obviously normal. there ain't no human being
that likes spending hours doing nothing; they always find something to do, even
when it's useless.
There's another thing to
take into account. Our lack of self-control. We need to control our mind and
desire. If you strongly desire something but can't have it yet, keep patience
and don't complain. If not, you'll really get stressed out and frustrated. We
must learn to settle for what we have for now. Go and read 7 keys to
success, you will see the main good qualities someone should have.
So, it's at us to decide
whether we should be stressed out or not. We live in this world, but because
we'd like to walk just like he does, and cannot sometimes, it affects us
importantly. So what to do? It might not be the right solution for everyone,
but we do suggest to control your mind and your desire. Have a great day. Hold on and be happy.
