Balance Bad Mood and Good Mood



Anyone can feel bad or good. In fact, it's natural and part of our life to feel whether good or bad. If you feel good, it's ok. Then keep up this way. But what to do when you feel bad? Or do you have to remain always in such two different states of mind? We all know everything has its due time. A time to be glad and another to be sad. But you can't be sad all the time and either can be glad all the time. It's a must to balance things out. So Let's see what we can do in such situations. But first, let's start with bad feeling.

          A friend of mind sometimes felt bad for various reasons. You know. Lack of money, clothes, family issues, whatever it might be. He used to complain in front of me. I'd just watch him talking without helping. Anyway I couldn't do anything. Only one day I remember suggesting him to pray so he could find a job that suits him. And I also told him to move on and follow his passion. And he just told me "yeah...I think about it"
          I don't know if he really thought about it. But this I know is : in heyjoeyouth, you shouldn't feel bad for not having these things, though they are major and crucial. But you should feel bad for not trying to leave off that situation. Meditate, and find out what you like, what you prefer. Follow your heart and desire so you can live a better future by achieving your goals. But if you focus on your situation, the trial you have to go through, you probably won't make dreams come true. Lift up your mind. Consider these issues won't last for long, and that your success will come up one day. So why be sad? We are sad when we focus on what makes us sad. And that is the trap. If you're sad for any reason, meditate, lift up your mind and get started with your passion or your carrier. Don't wait to be prepared before you get started. With the very small you think you have, get started. Cause legs and feet are wealth to human beings. (We don't achieve great things with money only) Stop complaining and focusing on the issue you're having with something or someone. And though you're sad, rejoice with those who rejoice (Romans 12:15). So I said before, my friend should think about it.





          Though we're claiming to be glad, why not always be glad?

We understand when you feel happy or stuff like that. It also happens naturally. But it must not always be like that. We should think, sometimes, of those who feel otherwise. Kind of, sad. We must be sharing those moments with them. Even when we don't know who is sad and why. I don't mean not to be happy. But for a while, mourn with those who mourn (Romans 12: 15). It's a commandment for everyone. We might take it for granted, but in some kind of way, it opens doors. They will think of you when you think of the others. In this case, it's good to feel sadness.



        Now you know what to do when you feel sad or glad? You know you must balance feelings to get the sense of your life. It's a good option to mourn for those and rejoice with those who rejoice. And it's normal to be glad for yourself. But it's not even an option to complain about your trials. Peace and Love for all of you.
